Warranty period
BLUETTI warrants that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser.
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser,
For portable power station product, the warranty period ranges from 24 months to 72 months.
For home backup system product, the warranty period ranges from 48 months to 60 months.
For solar panel product and accessories like cable, charger etc, 12 months warranty service is provided.
There is no warranty for the gift product and the warranty period may vary by country according to local laws and regulations.

Warranty Statement
Any defects in the materials or workmanship of your product will be covered upon presentation of any valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to:
Order number purchased through BLUETTI official stores.
Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly states the product description, price and sales channel.
Note: Limited warranty is limited to the country of purchase. Warranty will be invalid on items once they are transported or shipped to other countries.
Warranty Exceptions
Misuse, abuse, damage due to accident or damage due to force majeure (such as lightning strikes, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.);
Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals;
Purchased from unauthorized sellers;
use for a specific application other than normal consumer use;
Lost, stolen or fully refunded product;
Any defect or damage resulting from exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes;
Proof of purchase is invalid;
Warranty period has expired
The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item;
Unauthorized alteration of the warranty certificate;
Product wears out over time.
Shipping Damage. (We strongly recommend that you keep the original box and all original packaging to ensure safe shipping when making a warranty claim)
Return and Refund
Cancel order:
The customer can request to cancel the order within 48 hours after placing the order via email or phone at the official BLUETTI store.
If the product is shipped, a dispute fee will be charged.
A 30-day money back guarantee will be automatically added to your order.

For any warranty claims, service provided by BLUETTI or your local authorized service partner, is subject to the options below:
Repaired by BLUETTI service center, or
Replace with a replacement product of similar specifications according to the model and service life.
In case of replacement, a refurbished model of the same value can be provided and the delivery of the replacement will be arranged within 7 working days (subject to changes due to force majeure) after confirming receipt of the defective item at BLUETTI warehouse.
The replacement product will bear the remaining warranty of the original product or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
This limited warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or use and any implied warranty of merchantability otherwise applicable to BLUETTI portable solar generators. BLUETTI and its affiliates will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits. There are no extended warranties other than as set forth herein.
This Limited Warranty may only be modified by BLUETTI. The duration of any implied warranties permitted by law shall be limited to the terms of the express warranty set forth herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You also have other rights from state to state. BLUETTI's sole responsibility will be repair or replacement as stated above.
