BLUETTI is committed to providing return service for all customers. Return service is currently available for the country of purchase.

If the product was purchased from BLUETTI official store, return or refund request is allowed.

If the item is purchased from BLUETTI distributors, it may follow the distributor's policies. Please contact your distributor for more information.

Return and refund policies may vary depending on local laws and regulations.
Cancel order

Customers can request to cancel the order within 48 hours after placing the order via email or phone with the BLUETTI official store.

However, if the product has already been shipped, a 25 euro dispute fee will be charged.

Please note that a transaction fee may be charged based on the payment channels after the product is shipped.
Lost/Damaged Products Received

If the product is not delivered or lost, please contact us immediately.
If the product you received is damaged, or if you received an incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us immediately with proof of videos and/or photos.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied without quality issues, you are entitled to a refund after returning the items in their entirety, unused and in the original packaging. However, you are responsible for the double shipping cost with two options below:
1. RMA provided by BLUETTI Customer Service
Once the product is received at BLUETTI warehouse and confirmed as valid, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

2. Self-Paid Return

Please contact BLUETTI customer service for return details.

If 30 days have passed since purchase, a full refund cannot be provided.
Double shipping charges will be deducted from the original payment if shipments are refused.

Note: For products that have been used, we reserve the right to refuse returns.
Return process
Please contact BLUETTI Service for assistance to proceed with the return process, providing proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please follow the instructions provided by BLUETTI Service on how to properly pack and return the product safely.

For non-quality issues, refund is provided under "30-Day Money Back Guarantee".
For quality problems, a partial refund may be issued according to the device's usage time after 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned with its original packaging to BLUETT warehouse with refund notification via email to the customer.
