BLUETTI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on items purchased directly from BLUETTI. To qualify for a full refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it in, and in its original packaging. Gift cards and downloaded software are non-returnable.

However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we will refund the total purchase price.

Note: We will refuse a refund if the wrong product is returned to BLUETTI or if the product is not returned.

To return an item, please feel free to contact us by phone or email during regular business hours. To return your item under our 30-day return policy, please check the following:

You purchased the product directly from BLUETTI. You may contact BLUETTI and initiate a return within 30 days of the original shipping date. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all included materials, in as-new condition, and accompanied by a return authorization number.

Exceptions
BLUETTI warranty does not apply to:
Improper use or installation
portable electric
Damage caused by acts of nature (eg lightning strikes, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.)
Accidents
Misuse/damage due to incorrect use
Abuse
Neglect
Commercial use
Modifications to any part of the product
Proof of purchase cannot be provided.

Non-quality issues (after 30 days of purchase)

How to return an item
To return an item, you will need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. BLUETTI will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can obtain an RMA form by contacting us by phone or email for assistance.

Note: We only provide prepaid return label for products with quality problems. Otherwise, customers need to pay the return shipping fee.

Product return process
practical:
-The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase. Valid proof of purchase can be:

Order number from online purchases made through BLUETTI
Sales invoice
Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of a money transfer and confirmation of the item address to which the item was originally shipped).

- The serial number of the defective product (usually located on the bottom of the product) and/or visual proof of the defect is required.

It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:
All returns must include an RMA number for processing. Contact Bluey for assistance.
Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package returned to BLUETTI. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our local warehouse.
The buyer must cover the shipping costs in the following cases:
Return of products for any reason other than a proven defect
Warranty claims on items taken outside of the original country of purchase
Incidental Buyer Returns
Return of personal items
The returned items were claimed to be defective but were found by BLUETTI quality control to be in working condition.
Costs associated with unauthorized returns (i.e. returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
